In 1972 my grandmother taught me to crochet using a flower motif very similar to this one. During that summer she crocheted three afghans. I still have mine on the back of my sofa. When I opened BlackSheep Fiber Emporium I always intended to recreate the afghan. This year seems like a good one to finally do that!
