I used DK weight acrylic yarn in many different colors, but you can choose the kind of DK yarn you like most. You can change colors in every round or use just one color, there aren’t rules. I’ve used 105 gr - 315 meters – 344 yards. It’s ok to use a worsted yarn too.

4,5 mm hook or any hooks to meet the gauge

Ch 18
Row 1: DC in the second ch from hook – DC (17 ST)
Row 2: CH 2 – TURN – DC until the end of the row (17 ST)
Row 3-8: repeat row 2 until you’ll have 8 rows (17 ST)

The side of each square measures 15cm – 6’’
