Granny Beach Waves Sarong
Super cute & can be a bit sexy beach sarong crochet pattern! It’s a fairly easy written pattern but I did rate it for an advanced beginner & up because I think it may be too difficult for someone who is just learning. I included many pictures for the main body of the sarong to guide you along the way! The sarong is worked sideways all in one piece starting with the first side tie. Any width can be made & there are 5 lengths to choose from: 14½”(15½”, 16½”, 17½”, 18½”). I am wearing the 16½” length in the pictures. My actual hip size is 37 inches & I made it only 33 inches wide to give me that beachy sexy opening on the side. It’s up to you if you want more coverage you can crochet it until it fully covers your hips. There are too many different widths & lengths that can be made so I cannot estimate how many yards of yarn is needed for each size. (33” W by 16.5” L required about 500 yards of yarn).
