Granny Cluster Tea Cosy
A crochet pattern for a flexible classic granny cluster tea cosy. It keeps your brew lovely and hot!
The pattern contains full step-by-step instructions, tips and photographs as a guide. I have designed this pattern to be manageable at a beginner level. To complete it you will need to be able to make a magic ring, chain, half double crochet, double crochet, increase, skip stitches and have basic sewing skills. There are many useful tutorials online if you are unfamiliar with any of the stitches used.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
50g double knit yarn in colour(s) of your choice
3mm crochet hook
Wool/tapestry sewing needle
A button
ABBREVIATONS (US terms):
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
sk = skip stitch
INC = increasing row
(##) = stitch count at end of row
