Running along empty country roads on crisp early mornings as the sun rose was the initial inspiration for this square. However, my love of vibrant colours fast replaced my initial more muted palettes and here I’ve used 7 bright shades of Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/8. I’ve listed all the colours used in the main red, yellow and blue wheel squares photographed, but I’d encourage you to follow your heart colourwise, too!

The Winter Sun Square is a fabulous addition to your latest blanket wip - or to any project that uses crochet squares!
