Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, this Granny Stockings is still an extra cute and fun way to decorate your home.

Gauge is not essential in this project. You can use any yarn weight, hook sizes and colors as you like. This is a good project to detash your left-over yarns from other projects.

We will start by making 18 granny squares, either in solid 1 color or multiple colors as your choice. We then arrange and join them as they go, this technique saves you a lot of time sewing the squares together. Finally, attach some string to hang your handmade Granny Stockings anywhere you like.
