Granny Stripe (small) Throw
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
Size: approximately 58″ x 44″
Yarn: For this pattern, I used 4 Caron Tea Cakes (Green Tea – 204 yards) available from Michaels. (Super Bulky 6 weight) This yarn appears to be discontinued, and the new Caron Chunky Cakes will work.
Hook: P (11.5mm)
This pattern uses the following skills:
- Chain Stitch (ch)
- Single Crochet (sc)
- Double Crochet (dc)
This pattern is created using a granny stripe style design, which is essentially just working 2 double crochets in the same stitch with chain 1 spaces in between each set of double crochets. This blanket or throw is very simple to complete and is made entirely with ch, sc and dc. It is a great pattern for beginner crocheters.
