It is a PDF pattern (687KB) for a bag of around 7 cm / 3 inches if made using the 4 ply / fingering cotton yarn (Must-Have from Yarnandcolors) and 2.50mm hook suggested. US terminology.

It is not obligatory having the suggested yarn and hook, you can make it with the material you have.
