This fun bubble stitch cowl pattern is worked from the top down: Start with easy garter stitch rows, followed by bubble stitches & finishing off with an I cord edge

We used a 20” circular needle, size 4

Gauge is not critical, as long as you like the stitches you are getting with both yarn and needle size. We suggest pulling the knit 5 below stitch taut to make it bubble nicely.
