Introducing Graziella, the epitome of casual rustic elegance. Perfect for summertime adventures, this crescent lace shawl is delicately designed to embrace your shoulders while gently fluttering in the breeze. Its gracefully curved shape and light, airy drape exude an ethereal beauty that is both charming and full of character.

This fingering weight shawl is worked flat with alternating lace panels that radiate from the neckline. A simple dip stitch pattern paired with openwork lace creates a stunning body that’s both elegant and understated. The live stitches are bound off with a knitted-on Provençal lace border with a scalloped edging that adds a touch of vintage luxury.

Our sample was knit with 2 skeins of Linum by Miss La Motte, a linen-merino fingering weight single ply yarn in a fresh, custom colorway called “Celadon Slate.” However, this shawl is perfect for stash diving and pairs beautifully with pastel tones in gentle colorways. Lilac, emerald, gray-green, soft blue, blue, and silvery colors will all make stunning Graziella shawls. For a touch of rustic charm, consider fibers blended with wool, linen, cotton, or silk.

Graziella is the perfect summertime accessory for those who crave a delicate balance between elegance and simplicity. Treat yourself to a bit of pastoral charm with this vintage-inspired piece.

Achieving the perfect drape is effortless with our pattern. We recommend using US5 needles for a beautifully relaxed look, and the best part is that there’s no need for a gauge swatch - hooray! However, if you tend to have a looser tension, we suggest going down one needle size to ensure you have enough yardage.

A) Depth in the center - 16”
