This pattern works for both DK and Worsted weight yarns and fits an adult size (21” 53cm to 23” 58cm)
The pattern can be adjusted easily enough, and gauge isn’t too much of an issue. Just adjust to your personal gauge to match the measurements of finished hat, or weight of fiber you’re using.
Once the headband rib is finished, you’ll need 8 inches of hat body for an adult size, then start the decrease for the crown.
