7 SCARVES BECOME 1 BLANKET

The Adventure Continues … Afghan 2014/2015 with designs by G. K. Green

Beginning September 15, 2014, Adventurers received one fabulous and unique scarf pattern each month: “Knit your scarf, wear it, enjoy it, and set it aside when the next pattern arrives.”

When winter was over, knitters were shown how to join all of their scarves together to create a magical blanket to treasure and enjoy.

To make this even more exciting, within each scarf was a strategically placed “pendant” design -- featuring an attractive and unique bonus stitch. When putting the blanket together, these pendants lined up to add an interesting dimension to the blanket.

At the end of this awesome knit-along:

• Knitters acquired 7 great new scarf patterns,

• Knitters learned 14 new stitches, and

• Knitters created an heirloom blanket to treasure forever!

Before starting, have 10 skeins of SWTC Saphira ready to begin. Kits were available at YarnZone.com, WhimsicalYarn.com, and of course, SWTC, as well as select stores.
