The Great Falls Sweater is a classic raglan turtleneck with subtle serpentine cables. It has a timeless and adaptable look and is worked seamlessly in the round from the bottom up.

Finished Size 32 (35¼, 40, 43¼, 48, 51¼)“ circumference at underarm. Pullover shown measures 32”; modeled with 1” of negative ease.
Yarn Jo Sharp Classic DK Wool (100% wool; 107 yd/1¾ oz): #802 heron, 10 (12, 13, 15, 17, 19) balls. Yarn distributed by Kingfisher Yarn & Fibre.
Needles Sizes 5 (3.75 mm) and 7 (4.5 mm): 16” and 24” circular and set of doublepointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers; cable needle; stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge 20 sts and 32 rnds = 4” in charted patt on larger needle; 20 sts and 34 rnds = 4” in Broken Rib on smaller needle.
Notes The body of this pullover is worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarm. The sleeves are worked separately in the round, then the sleeves and body are joined to work the yoke. Short-row shaping is used to raise the back neck below the turtleneck.
