Construction + Fit/Ease
The Great Granny Wrap is constructed in three sections. First, the body is worked flat back and forth from the bottom up, then the two sleeves are added at each end and worked in the round. The wrap has a significant amount of positive ease (26%) through the body to create drape and to allow for natural body movements.

Yarn Notes
I used a blend of wool/cashmere/nylon superwash yarn which grows significantly after wet blocking. When I tried on my wrap before blocking it was a bit tight through the body, but this was resolved after I blocked it. Keep that in mind if you use superwash yarn or another yarn that grows after blocking such as a plant-based fiber like cotton or linen.
