Yarn Used:
MC = Wendy Merino pure ultra soft wool DK in Grey
CC = Wendy Merino pure ultra soft wool DK in Green

Needles:
2.75mm circular hat needle
3.5mm circular hat needle
3.5mm Double Pointed needles are not essential but might be useful for finishing the crown shaping

Abbreviations:
K Knit
St stitch
K2tog Knit the next 2 st together
P1 Purl 1 st
Ktb Knit the next st through back of loop
S1 Slip one st purlwise

Finished Size:
Circumference of 16”/40cm unstretched; Height of 8”/20cm

Gauge:
30 st = 4 inches in Spiral Mosaic Pattern
IMPORTANT – Please check your gauge before starting work. Suggest you cast on 30 st (in MC) and work all 32 rows of the spiral mosaic pattern on 3.5mm needles. (with a seam allowance of K1 st on each edge). The even rows will be worked in Purl on straight knitting.
