I was inspired from this Japanise girls hat and had to make it. The hat came out cute and I will be donating it. There is a pom-pom and thats optional you can make with or without.I’m calling this colour mint, but it’s more of a turquise.Wear slouch-fitted for casual comfort or with the bottom rolled up in my favourite sea captain style.
