Fits my adult head (21 inch circumference) but it is easily adjustable. When you make the ribbing, just make sure the number you use will be divisible by 4. The first attempt I made was for a kiddo, and I used 48 rows of ribbing (so my first round was 48 sc sts) and I decreased from there.

I used a 6 mm hook and black and green yarn. The green I used was Guacamole by Loops and Threads Impeccable. The black is red heart super saver. I would recommend using a softer yarn for the green bits (the hat itself) because it looks best when it’s a bit slouchy.
