Lacy leaf motif panel come to mind the green leaves of olive trees in summer day. Green Olive is knitted top/cuff down socks. Leaf lace patterns are very stretchable, you can adjust foot length. Green Olive is knitted with light DK weight woolen or fingering weight cotton yarn.
Originally used yarn is a DK weight woolen yarn, which is discontinued. I knitted 2020 ver. with 100% organic cotton yarn.

Pattern are available in English and Korean.

• Finished size
About 19cm/7½“ foot circumference, unstretched.
• Yarn
Etrofil Organic Cotton (100% organic cotton. 165m/60g, fingering weight) : 02, approximately 60g of both size.
Original used yarn- 빈센트 리치 프리미엄(wool 95%, acrylic 5%. 188m/80g, light Dk) : 7741(lime), approximately 85g of both size.
• Needles
2.75mm 80cm(32”) circular needle for magic loop or pair of DPNs. Or Sized to obtain the gauge.
Original ver. used 3mm needle.
• Gauge
6 sts and 8.5 rnds = 2.5cm(1”) in St st after blocking.
• You’ll need
three markers, a tapestry needle.

그린 올리브는 여름날 싱그러운 올리브 나뭇잎을 연상시키는 레이스 패턴을 중심으로 이루어진 양말입니다. 레이스 패턴은 신축성이 있어서 양말의 발목과 발길이를 조정해 완성사이즈를 조절할 수 있습니다.
원작은 8ply굵기의 실인 빈센트 리치 프리미엄을 사용했는데 실이 단종되어서 4ply굵기의 면사를 이용해서 다시 떠보았습니다. (2020년 6월)

• 완성사이즈
양말의 발둘레 약 19cm(7½“) 발길이 24cm(9½”). (발길이는 조정가능).
• 사용한 실
에트로필 오가닉 코튼(오가닉 코튼100%, 165m/50g, 핑거링 굵기.) 027 약 60g 사용
• 사용한 바늘
2.75mm 80cm 줄바늘/장갑바늘. 또는 게이지에 맞게 바늘 사이즈를 조정하세요.
• 게이지
블로킹 했을 때 기준, 메리야스 뜨기 : 6코 8.5단 = 2.5cm (1”)
• 그 외
마커 3개, 돗바늘 필요.
