Grey Impression
This is the cardi with a difference!
I had many working names when knitting it, and I finally ended up with “Grey Impression” as the color really grows in this cardi.
With lots of detailing ; the rounded yoke with cables in 3 different widths, the seedstich pattern that follows all the edges, the raglanshaping forming nice little sleeves, all the lovely buttons down the front. You can wear it butttoned or unbuttoned, buttoned half way from the top or bottom, with a belt … find your own style in this very stylish cardigan!
I used the Malabrigo worsted as I found it gave a really good relief effect. There are so many beautiful colours to choose from, and I think the cardi will give a great impression whatever colour you choose!
Knitting is fun and leaves you with little finishing work. The yoke is knitted at first, then you pick up st and work top - down for the raglanshaping, sleeves and body. The buttonhole-bands are integrated. No need for any seaming in the end!
