Greyhound Crochet Pattern to make your own mini dog amigurumi like Greyhound, Whippet, Galgo, Italian Greyhound, Lurcher, Sighthound, Windhund, very detailed, very clear instructions and tips with lots of photos for each step.
Size (sitting) ~ 12 cm/5 inch, I used a yarn of ~ 174 yards/160 m = 1,76 oz/50 g (55%Cotton, 45%Pac) and 2,5 mm crochet hook.
Skill level: upper beginner (the Crochet Pattern doesn’t contain lessons on crocheting). Skills required: basic crocheting skills for amigurumi (crocheting in spiral, magic ring, single crochet stitch, increasing and decreasing, changing colors, etc), basic sewing skills.
There is also a modification of this pattern, following which you can crochet a dog in a “sweater”.
I also crocheted (a bigger dog ~ 18 cm) from Gazzal XL Baby Cotton 50%Cotton 50%Acrylic (50g=100m) and 3,5 mm crochet hook.
