This beautiful sock is knit from the top down starting with a picot edge. It features Fair Isle color work, Slip Stitch, Standard heel flap and Toe.
It takes 1 - 100 gram ball of a solid fingering weight sock yarn for your main color, and 1-50 gram ball of a self stripe fingering weight sock yarn for your contrasting color.
You want to make the next larger size than you normally would make for your socks. The pattern pulls in on the cuff. When you get to the heel, you will decrease 8 stitches around to your normal cast on for socks so the foot fits snug on your feet.

Materials:
100 grams of solid fingering sock yarn - This is your Main Color (MC)
50 grams of fingering sock yarn in Self Stripe - This is your Contrasting Color (CC)
Size 1.5 (2.5mm) needles or size to get 8sts”
Gauge: 8sts 10 rows per inch
Size small 7”, medium 8”, & large 9” (make a size larger than you normally make)
