Gridlock
In 2016 I’m hosting a Designer’s Challenge Test-along. Each month I’ll post a less commonly used stitch/technique. The challenge to two part-- everyone shares projects they’ve made with that stitch/technique, and I design a pattern using it as well. The remainder of the month is spent testing the pattern. At the end of the month it will be converted to a standard Ravelry pattern and added to the e-book.
January’s challenge was Interlocking or Double-Filet Crochet.
This technique involves two wholly separate sides which interlock together as they’re worked, but are never stitched into each other. Because of this, both sides are considered to be the “right side”.
A big thanks to gtcmom and LazyKat for helping to test.
