Skulls are ace (and not just for the hidden goth/pirate in you!) I’ve always found them incredibly decorative- especially grinning ones!
The pattern was developed for my mum to create as she ‘fancied a challenge’. So between me and my mum we came up with the idea that I would design her some ‘challenges’ and she would enjoy creating them. And here we are!
We have developed the pattern in 2 different formats to follow: in grid/block chart pattern to follow throughout and written instructions for the first 2 rows to start off and get you going .
The yarn used was a 4 ply (2 x sheepjes whirlettes) which created a good sized wall hanging.
Knowledge of filet crochet is needed to be able to do this project. Filet crochet is not hard to learn and there are you tube video to help.
