This hat is knit in the round using US 6 and US 8, 16” circular needles. DPNs in size US 8 are required during decreases.

It features a simple texture pattern using stockinette and reverse stockinette. It’s reversible too! You can decide which look you prefer before you weave in the ends.

A pom-pom would be a cute addition.

This hat isn’t head hugging like a man’s beanie, but has a very small amount of ease at the crown. It’s not a slouch hat, though.
