The hat is shaped using unique, directional quadruple decreases to shape the ribbing in a sinuous, organic way. These ribbed decreases look beautiful on both RS and WS, making the hat completely reversible.

- The hat is worked circularly from the bottom up.
- The crown is shaped using unique reversible quadruple decreases, which integrate directly with the ribbing and never break the 2x2 ribbing pattern throughout.
