This crescent shaped shawl is inspired by a saying that we use at Starbucks, the saying is about not getting fixated on the past but rather looking to the future and growing. Over the past year I was fortunate to find a store where my manger, Mike, has help shaped me into the leader that I am today. Mike understood who I was, how and when to push me to the next level. Although I have moved to another store to get outside my comfort zone to push myself to be an even better leader and on the path to get my own store, I will hear my inner monologue in his voice saying “Growth Mindset, Annah”.  This pattern is for anyone who needs a reminder to push yourself to be the best version of yourself possible, because without growth what is the point? #tobeapartner

Approximately 231 yards in Contrasting Color(CC) and 464 yards in Main Color (MC) . Shown in Vintage Lace (CC) and Drink Coffee and Do Good(MC)
One US size 6 needle circular needle. Designer used a 24”needle. 5 double pointed needles in size 6.
