The total height of Grumpy is approximately 6.25 inches tall and 6 inches wide with the arms extended.

For the face, I used thread to contour the nose bridge and eye sockets. I also attempted to contour the mouth creases, I think that if using acrylic yarn to make this it would be easier to contour because cotton yarn is a lot stiffer. The hat would also fall better with acrylic yarn.

The only part of Grumpy that is not crocheted is his beard, eyes and eyebrows.

White fur trim or fabric
Black, white and camel/brown felt
Black wool roving and needle felting needle (this is for the eyeBbrows, but you could also embroider or use felt if you prefer)
