Grünerstubben
Grünerstubben is a beanie with a folded ribbed brim, stranded colorwork and cables, that is knit bottom up. You start by knitting the rib and some stockinette before you turn the hat inside out and knit the cable pattern, so when you fold the brim up, the right side of the brim will be facing out.
