Guayabera Diamonds is my homage to the historical guayabera shirt that has been part of my culture since the 1800s. My grandfather had a small collection of the shirts that I would stare at, taking in all the embroidered designs that were added by hand.

This pattern is crafted by using the mosaic overlay crochet method. Any size hook and any yarn can be used, and yardage is dependent on what sized project you wish to create.

• Written row by row stitch directions

• Basic mosaic crochet directions

• Instructions on how to use the chart

Each design in the Guayabera Series can be worked as a stand alone, or be combined with any other patterns released within this series.
