This is a beautiful two color shawl, designed specifically to showcase the gorgeous hand dyed Dream in Color Perfectly Posh Single yarns that I used.

Why the name Guile? As always, I struggle with coming up with names. Hubby always tries to help, but he kept coming up with pattern names I’ve already used… Hmm… Well, I decided to be cunning and searched the dictionary, and guile popped up… And thus another pattern was born.

It is made starting at the bottom edge of the shawl and worked its way up towards the neck, and then the edging is worked top down. The easy single crochet body is the perfect TV watching, children chasing or travel project, easy to put down, and with no counting needed.

Guile is written for one size, but it is easy enough to customize the size by adding additional body or border rows.

Pattern is 4 pages long, including the cover photo page.

Huge thanks to my mom, quite the unsure model, but willing all the same :).

Many thanks to my testers, marjos, cfbandit, debspugs, and honeystalks, and to my tech editor, Andi Smith.
