Soft and warm wool sweater/cardigan with traditional Icelandic lopapeysa pattern. The Icelandic word “gullmoli” means “piece of gold” and is often used for people who are dear to us, especially children. This sweater will keep your little gullmoli warm.

Chest: 29 cm
Length to underarm: 22 cm

MATERIAL
Drops Nepal – 50 g units
Color A 0517 – 4 x 50 g
Color B 0100 – 1 x 50 g
Color C 0612 – 1 x 50 g

The size is based on correct gauge/tension. You might have to adjust the needle size to gain the correct gauge.

Body and sleeves are worked in the round from lower edge to underarms. Then they are joined to work yoke in the round. The round begins and ends with a P st for the steek at front. Straight small stitches are sewed into each chain of P sts and the front is then cut open between the sewn rows.
