The finished hat band’s circumference measures 18” in circumference.

This hat is for an advanced beginner, as you do use a popcorn stitch (which is a fun stitch in my opinion).

The gauge is in sc as that is what the hat band will be using (and the band is completed last on your hat), so you may want to work up a swatch first to check your gauge.

You’ll need sport weight yarn-I used Baby Bee Sweet Delight. I have a main color (black) and then also 4 secondary colors. Feel free to switch the colors up as you like. I had one skein of each and used less than half of the main color and only a little of each of the others.
