Gunnedah is a top down sweater, knit entirely in the round. The colourwork design is achieved by stranded knitting. As it is knit from the top down, the length of the sleeves and body are easily adjusted to suit your body.
(This pattern was called “Cover Me In Diamonds” at the testing stage. This name will be seen in the project section).

Needles
Main Fabric – 3.5mm/US 4 circular needle - 40-100cm/16-40” and preferred needles for small circumference knitting (Short Circular Needles, Magic Loop or Double Pointed Needles)
Ribbing - 3.25mm/US 3 circular needle - 20-100cm/8-40” and preferred needles for small circumference knitting (Magic Loop or Double Pointed Needles)
Gauge
24 sts and 34 rows over 4”/10cm measured over stockinette stitch in the round using the Main Fabric Needles and blocked.
