I bought some yarn from Bellamoden called Dark Tower, because Stephen King is my favourite author. I wasn’t sure what to make at first, but once I saw the yarn in person, I knew I wanted to make some fingerless mitts. I thought that I would try to mimic the Tower itself, with its stairs spiraling up, and then I decided to add siguls, one from the White (the “Ka” symbol), and one from the Crimson King (the Eye of the Crimson King), so you could flash one affiliation or the other. This is my first written pattern, I hope you like it. And if you come across any issues, please let me know. Thanks!

These are fingerless mitts knit in the round (I use Magic Loop, but you can use 2 circulars or DPNs if you prefer). They are knit cuff-down, and the symbols are added on after with embroidery. The spiral pattern is a simple cable, suitable for beginners.
