This pattern is a generously sized One Size Fits Most with instructions for making a Beanie or a Slouchy hat.

I used 3.5 oz (about 250 yards) of DK yarn that was hand dyed for a particular project but any DK weight yarn that tells your story will work wonderfully.

I used US size 6 needles to make this hat. If you are a tight knitter consider using size 7 needles.
