This listing is for my Goat Crochet Pattern. It is ideal for intermediate and practised crocheters. I’m sure Gustav the Goat would make a great addition to your crochet animal collection.

ABOUT THE PATTERN:
The goat amigurumi pattern has detailed step-by-step instructions that are accompanied by high-quality photos of the process.
This listing includes photo tutorials on how to make a magic ring, invisible decreases in single crochet, color changes in single crochet, invisible finishes and closing small rounds.

CONSTRUCTION:
The legs are crocheted on the body. The ears, horns, head and tail are sewn on. The nose and mouth are embroidered.
SIZE:
The goat will be approx. 9.5cm/3.7” tall (including horns) and 6cm/2.4” long, if using the indicated hook and yarn. If you would like it to be larger or smaller, you could use a different yarn weight and adjust the hook size accordingly.
MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
- Cotton yarn in DK / light worsted weight in cream or beige and light brown I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Vanilla Cream (408) and Soft Fudge (410) I used about 14g/0.5oz and 32m/35yds of DK/light worsted yarn for this project.
- 2.5mm crochet hook / Size B-1 or C-2 depending on how tightly you crochet
- 5mm safety eyes
- Black embroidery floss
- Fiberfill
- Stitch marker
- Yarn needle
- Large-eyed sewing needle
- Sewing pins
- Scissors
