Gyle--Socks for the Cure!
These socks are a combination of practical and pattern. I needed something that would be fairly simple, but I’m just never able to make completely PLAIN things, so I added a sassy but simple argyle on the outside front panels of the socks. The repeated motif (charted) is easy to memorize, but adds a little spice to plain socks. And my mom loves them, so that’s always a plus.
The only cabling on the sock is at the points of the diamonds--the rest is accomplished with increases and decreases and subtle, lacy yo’s.
I hope you love them.
