This wrap works well as a shawl to help dress up an outfit, or as a neck warmer during the chilly months. I knit the Habitual Union wrap to wear during my wedding day on October 3, 2021. It was a mild, overcast day that provided a light misting during the ceremony, and more rain later that afternoon, so the shawl kept my shoulders toasty.

I incorporated the blue and yellow yarns with alternating stitches side by side to represent the union of two different people in a long term commitment, growing together (note the changing color) to create something strong and durable.
