Hacky Sack Ball

The hacky sack balls can be made out of yarn scraps. I used worsted weight acrylic and a 3.5 mm hook and filled them with popcorn kernels. They are about 2.25 to 2.50 inches across and weigh approximately 1.5 to 2.5 ounces.
I make these to donate to Operation Gratitude in Action, thru Operationgratitude.com, a charity that donates to deployed troupes all over the world. They also accept handmade scarves and hats, beanie babies and lots of other stuff. Check them out on Facebook.
