The HAIGHT ASHBURY DREAM SHAWL is a special collaboration with Eva of Seismic Yarn and Firebird Yarns, a yarn shop in San Francisco, for Stitches West 2020. The Haight Ashbury Dream shawl evokes the free spirited personality of the Haight and maximizes the dreamy quality of the beautiful yarns. This half-pi shawl uses a lace weight mohair blend yarn with a fingering weight wool blend and mixes intuitive lace with bobbles for a texturally rich, floaty accessory that seems like a tangible memory of a hazy dream. The finished shawl is a true dream of soft, ephemeral knitting.
