Two of our designers have designed this children’s sweater, ‘Haitanna’, for Kool Knits of Norway AS. Their children lost their grandfather and they lost their father, far too early. He suffered from Alzheimers. They would not wish this on anyone, or for anyone to lose a parent, grandparent or a friend to this terrible illness and they would therefore like to make a contribution towards more research into the disease.

From now, until the end of September 2023, when you buy the ‘Haitanna’ pattern, all profit from sales will go to the National Association for Public Health and research into dementia.

​Haitanna sweater is a cool hoodie knitted in the round, bottom up. The pattern is suitable for group B yarns and fits sizes from 2 to 12 years. We have knitted our sweaters in different colours but leaving the shark’s jaw in grey, white and pink.

Recommended needles: Circular needle 3 mm (40 cm and 60 cm), Circular needle 4 mm (40 cm and 60 cm), DPNs 3 mm and 4 mm
