Notes: Halatian is worked flat from one point to the other, in one piece. I-cord edges are worked during the body of the shawl, for minimal finishing. This pattern uses intarsia. When changing from one colour to another, the yarns will be “interlocked” on the WS as follows: pick up the new colour from underneath the previous colour, “locking down” the previous colour.
