The pattern includes both written and chart directions. It’s knitted top-down.

Up to 575 yd / 525 m of fingering / 4 ply.
Sample shown 125 gr (488 yds /446 m) of Primo Fingering of The Plucky Knitter (75% Merino, 20% Cashmere, 5% Nylon, 390 yards / 357 meters per 101 grs skein).

Needles
4 mm / US 6, 80 or 100 cm 32” or 40” circular needle.

Stitch markers (I use them to keep track of every repeat plus 2 for the border stitches)
