The ideal hat to knit for someone who likes the Dead Fish Hat / Fishy, but wouldn’t dare to wear it. The Half Fish is a beanie type hat, with Fishy’s tail on top, but without lips, fins and eyes.

Don’t mind the needlesize to much. The gauge asks for needles US 7/4,5 mm but I really used 3.25 mm. So check which size suits you and your yarn best.

Please note that the pattern on the Deadfishhat website has different directions than the Ravelry download. It seems that the stitch count on the website is correct.
