HALF LINDEN LACEY COWL
Knitted from Australian wool the Half Linden Cowl is comfortable, snuggly and most importantly warm! It’s perfect for throwing on everyday just when you need that extra bit of cosiness. Because it’s short it never gets tangled, it looks great over the top of jackets and provides just the right amount of warmth to ward away those chills.

THE INSPIRATION
It’s namesake is Linden. A lovely secret village in the Blue Mountains where only 400 people live. It has one main street with no shops and is surrounded by beautiful bush and pretty waterholes such as the mythical Paradise Pool. This mountains hideaway has not only beautiful views down over the city of Sydney but spectacular vistas of the stars, so much so it has it’s own Observatory. Whether you’re living the mountain life or just visiting the Linden Cowl embodies the pretty and practical elements for keeping you warm in a modern and stylish way.

THE WOOL
Australia has a proud heritage of quality wool fibre produce and here at Blue Mtns Knits we embrace it. All my knitted creations use 100% Australian wool. The fibres I use have a rugged, rustic twist that embodies the true pioneer spirit of country wool. Blue Mtns Knits wool is warm, versatile and hard wearing while still having a soft and cosy touch that makes you want to snuggle up in it at the slightest hint of cold weather.

MEASUREMENTS:
This style is available in an Adult Size, measuring: 15”/38cm wide and has an 20”/50.5cm circumference

MATERIALS

• 2 x 50m/55yds balls of Morris Estate 14ply #1441 Spruce
• Stitch Marker
• 10.00mm/US15 circular knitting needles with 80cm/32″ cable.
• Wool Needle.
