Several of my designs have squares turned diagonally. They cried out for a half-square that can be worked from the centre out so colours can be carried through.

I’ve never found a pattern that suited, so I worked this up. It can be worked in whatever yarn your project calls for. My no-holes corner method has been used for the right angle in this pattern.
