♦ This DIGITAL knitting pattern is available only in ENGLISH.

This is a listing for a DIGITAL PDF, which contains written instructions and some video support to guide you through the process of knitting a jumper with a colourwork bat motif. There is no duplicate stitch requirement for this pattern - the bat is knitted as part of the body of the jumper.

Using the suggested materials, this pattern will yield a jumper which is approximately 5.5cm wide across the neck and 7.5cm wide at the hem. It is approximately 7cm in length from the neck to the hem and has 7cm long sleeves.

The jumper uses a similar stitch count to my hoodie pattern, so if you’ve made one of those in the past you’re all set!

♦What you’ll get:

A Digital knitting pattern in PDF format - 8 pages long, with high resolution, full colour images.

♦What is NOT included:

The frog pattern - that pattern was written by Claire Garland of dotpebblesknits. https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1160794362/frog-knitting-...

A chart/graph for the bat motif - all of my instructions are written out in plain English and there is no chart included for the colourwork portion of this pattern.

A printer friendly version - For ease of use, this pattern contains colour coded text for the colourwork section and as such, this listing does not include a printer friendly version. If you would prefer a copy without images, please let me know and I will be happy to send one to the email address held on file after purchase.

♦ Included in this pattern:

Instructions for a knitted jumper with colourwork bat motif, designed for flat knitting on 2 needles with some seaming at the end (sleeves and back seam)

♦ Progress images for each section of the pattern (body, sleeves and colourwork plus seaming)

♦ Video links to helpful YouTube videos that support the written explanations for all techniques required, beyond knitting basics.

♦Materials list:

• DK weight yarn or yarn in a similar weight to that of your frog (for the Etsy listing example I have used stylecraft Special DK in the shades “Viola” and “Black”)

• A pair of straight knitting needles (I used 2.75mm needles. If you are working with the same yarn you used for your frogs, you should also pair it with the needles you used for your frog)

• Tapestry needle with a blunt tip for seaming

• Scissors
