I personally love face scrubbies and use them every day. Besides cleaning my face, they give a nice exfoliation, invigorating my skin, making it look fresher and brighter. Because they are reusable, they are cost effective and environmentally friendly too. And these Halloween themed ones are just perfect for the spooky season!

I am using my Halloween Face Scrubbies for a little surprise gift in the mail for my grandkids just to let them know how special I think they are and that there might be geographical distance between us, but they are always on my mind. Candy is dandy at Halloween and they will get their share of that, but this is something even their parents will like as it just might get them to wash their face from time to time.

This pattern isn’t just a face scrubbie. Make them with any type of #4 yarn in your stash and they become a nice addition to your home décor as coasters along with all your other fun decorations during Halloween.

The pattern includes two options, the pumpkin and the bat. Each option uses different yarn. Although, the yarns are both labelled as #4 medium weight, I adjusted the hook size and starting stitch count when using the Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton to give a denser fabric. The pattern includes picture tutorials so even a beginner could take a stab (had to use a scary word) at them!
