Available sizes: this hat is available in three sizes for ages 1-3 years old, 6-10 years old, and adult.

Materials:

• Suggested yarn: Red Heart Super Saver, (100% premium acrylic, 7 oz (198 g), 364 yards (333 m), in the following colors and quantities: Burgundy (1 skein) and Aran (1 skein).
• Circular knitting needles, 16” (40 cm) long, size US 9 (5.5 mm).
• Double pointed knitting needles (DPNs) set, size US 9 (5.5 mm).
• Tapestry needle.
• Ring stitch marker.

Measurements:

• Size 1-3 years old: head circumference = 18”- 20” (46 - 51 cm), height = 6.75” (17 cm).
• Size 6-10 years old: head circumference = 21”- 22” (53 - 56 cm), height = 7.5” (19 cm).
• Size Adult: head circumference = 22” - 24” (65 - 61 cm), height = 9” (23 cm).

Yardage:

• Size 1-3: 55 - 58 yards (50 - 53 m).

• Size 6-10: 83- 85 yards (76 - 78 m).

• Size adult: 113- 115 yards (103 - 105 m), approx.
