Terminology used in all 6 Patterns
st(s): stitch(es)
ch: chain
sc: single crochet
hdc: half double crochet
dc: double crochet
inc: two single crochet in one stitch
dec: invisible decrease, single crochet two stitches together through the front loops only
sc2tog: single crochet two sts together, (insert hook into next st, YO, pull a loop through) x 2, YO, pull yarn through all 3 loops
sc3tog: single crochet three sts together, (insert hook into next st, YO, pull a loop through) x 3, YO, pull yarn through all 4 loops
sk st: skip the next st
BLO: crochet only in the back loops (loop away from you) of each st
FLO: crochet only in the front loops (look closest to you) of each st
sl st: slip stitch
(…) x # : repeat anything in the parenthesis however many times the number indicates

(number)sc/sl st/hdc/dc: one sc/sl st/hdc/dc in the following # stitches
sc/sl st/hdc/dc#: sc/sl st/hdc/dc # of times in the next st
